We accept online payments made through Stripe.


Our Delivery costs start at £2.95.

For larger items, delivery is £3.95.

Delivery is adjusted accordingly in your basket.

We will always try to ship your order as soon as possible, but, please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order for despatch.

Proof of postage will be held for 7 days after despatch. Please contact us within that time frame if you have not received your order.

We try as much as possible to send items within the Standard Delivery Charges.  However, some products are fragile, heavy or oversized, we will contact you if this is the case to discuss the extra charges involved and give you the carriage options.  Please note that the extra charge is to ensure that your purchase reaches you in excellent condition.

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However we will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition with packaging intact within seven days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Please follow instructions given via email to return and print the required documentation and labels.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
