For all of our orders, if you provide us with a mobile phone number our courier will send you a text on the day of your delivery confirming a one hour time slot. All deliveries require a signature. If you are not available for the delivery of your order, please follow instruction given in the text message/email.
Our delivery is operated by Parcel Force UK.
*order before 12pm for 24/48 hour delivery. Deliveries made after this time will be one extra working day. E.G 24 hour delivery placed at 12pm Monday will be delivered Tuesday. 24 hour delivery placed at 13:00 Monday will be delivered Wednesday.
We try as much as possible to send items within the Standard Delivery Charges. However, some products are fragile, heavy or oversized, we will contact you if this is the case to discuss the extra charges involved and give you the carriage options. Please note that the extra charge is to ensure that your purchase reaches you in excellent condition.

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However we will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition with packaging intact within seven days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
